FEI B.V. is the world leader in electron microscopy. They are in need of a more optimal solution for processing the large amounts of data these microscopes generate. We were asked to upgrade the existing prototype from a previous project I worked on, and implement some imaging algorithms, such as blind deconvolution
Our tasks included;
- Writing electron microscope simulators / emulators
- Studying current process and brainstorm with team leader on new solution
- Implement various imaging algorithms, such as blind deconvolution
